“Silver Clouds and Moonstone Raindrops”; Ocean Wash, Sterling Silver, Moonstones and Laminated Woods on Canvas Board; 9" x 9"
Artist Statement: This Silver, Moonstone and Laminated Wood Piece is jewelry for the wall. I created a miniature landscape with various laminated wood pieces, then added the silver clouds and moonstone raindrops. The clouds are chased and the moonstones are bezel set. The backdrop for the jeweled landscapes is Ocean Wash and Acrylic on Watercolor paper.
